Fundraising Benefit Concert, Victoria Hall, Geneva: 4 March 2016

Prof Philippe Jaeger (FDIME Vice President) undertook the organization and planning of this 3rd Benefit Concert of classical music held at Victoria Hall, Geneva. He was assisted by Dr Xavier Roux. The event was widely advertised including a television interview, articles in the Geneva newspapers, and throughout the Universities in Lausanne and Geneva. The event achieved an audience of 500 – 600 people. The Conductor and Symphony Orchestra Genevois received rapturous applause. During the intermission Prof Jaeger made a speech to the audience to highlight the reason for the occasion and to raise awareness of FDIME. The evening was a great success, generated a lot of interest, and raised funds of CHF 2’100.00 for FDIME.
