Paris, La Salle Pleyel,  22 October 2010

A highly successful Benefit Gala Convert  was held recently in Paris. An audience of 1200 people enjoyed an enchanting evening of well known operatic arias performed by Inva Mula, Beatrice Uria-Monzon, Luca Lombardo and Laurent Naouri accompanied by music from the Paris National Orchestra conducted by Jean-Francois Verdier.

The proceeds of this event will go towards Medical Research into Rare Diseases in Adults under the auspices of the FDIME.

Prof Daniel Sereni and Prof Loic Guillevin ( Chairman of the Research Committee) will soon inform any medical society or individuals who have prepared a specific protocol for research into rare diseases, about all practicalities concerning the grants the FDIME will distribute.
